Over the past 7 years, Vineet has helped firms in Asia boost and develop their talent base, improve market standing, and drive a path to sustainable growth. Previously, for over 25 years he held roles of progressive seniority at Citi, HSBC, ANZ and ING in banking, wealth and asset management.

A CFA charter-holder, with degrees in engineering and management from India, he has been based in Singapore since the mid-90s.

Operating at the leading-edge of global WM for over 30 years across the US, Asia, UK and MENA, at Merrill, Citi, Permal, HSBC and ADIB, Malik specializes in: Sustainable Wealth Management franchise growth via a proprietary P2RISM® Model, Developing Senior Leaders, Sales Management and Advisors, as well as Workshop Facilitation and Executive Coaching. He is the co-author of a WM course with IFF, a PG-level certification in WM by Middlesex University; he is a contributor to PWM FT on leadership, WM and women empowerment.

Jonathan has over 25y as a global senior leader in the Sales, Coaching, Retail and Banking sectors, incl. 15y at HSBC across the USA, UK, Hong Kong, India, Qatar, Lebanon and Israel. His last role at HSBC was as Global Head of Distribution, with 3,400 branches globally, 37m customers and $21b revenue. Previously, as Global Head of Wealth Sales, he oversaw customer satisfaction targets of 94% and balances of $620b. He also designed and led the global incentive framework globally, weaving a coaching culture into the ethos/DNA.
